Oh man I loved these too! So cute. I sold most of mine at a garage sale, but kept three of my favorites.

Here they are Sara! The one in the middle looks like a dog my family used to have, so I kept him. And I just liked the other two a lot. I probably had about 20 when I was a kid though.

I used to love PP, anyone remember the VHS of "Big Paw"? I used to watch it every day after school for weeks! I did have a large plush collection when I was younger, a few mom's with babies. My fave was the white one with fluffy ears but I lost her during a car ride. And the brown pup with the dark brown patches Edit: I begged my mom one year for the puppy play park, I loved it! However the little pup's kept going missing

I just watched Big Paw recently on YouTube! Within the past year or so, I think. So cute. The cartoon is, too. I remember Boomerang airing it a while ago. Oh, and I've got a Little Golden Book Pound Puppy story as well. :3

In the UK Weetos cereal offered 8 plastic figurines of Pound Puppies, and then around a year later Pound Purries. These figurines are small but they are bigger than the original ones that I've seen accompanying the PP van play set. I don't have any of the smaller originals, I only just found out about these, so I may need to start collecting now 😅. My main question is, were the ones that came with Weetos in the UK available in one way or another in the states? Another question I have is, who produced the weetos ones? They say Copyright 84,96 underneath but have no makers mark.

I have some of each set, just need to complete the collections. I read elsewhere that there were also jungle animals which were UK only. I had suspected Galoob too give the time period.
