imgur.com/cdF1nf0I'm so excited to share this recent eBay find as I have finally got a satin bag! I thought I would never get to actually see one apart from the ones on Piddy's accessory photos. Now I have a couple of questions. Firstly does anyone know if the satin bags were all the same size as I'm almost tempted to open it and put the bag with one of my Baby Surprise families and secondly if anyone has opened a brand new one, does the other baby come loose in the bag or is it encased in a plastic ball or something as the bag appears to be quite fat.

So far all the satin bags are about the same size, some have a different feel to the material, not sure if each animal set had the same colour bag, so far all those that I have seen in packaging it has been the same colour for each model. Inside the bag is a plastic bubble that spilts in two this also has a piece of sponge which stopped the baby/babies rattling about. I have a picture here of the contents. www.flickr.com/photos/68284844@N07/48433561367/in/album-72157656936854020/

Oh thank you Piddy. That answers both questions. It's also great to see the picture of the bag contents. Now I don't feel such a need to open it although I'm still a bit curious which number is on the paperwork 48 or 49!

Had not seen that design of card packaging before, it does match the one issued for 48, or puppy 135 and kitty 84, so maybe this new style card is the one with the wrong number 48 in it? If you do decide to open it do tell!

I'm even more curious now. I hadn't really paid that much attention to the packaging just the satin bag! I may have to see if I can ease the plastic up and remove the paperwork without damaging it but I will let you know if I find out. Thanks again.

That's really cool Suzanne! I really want to see the BC inside, but I understand if you don't want to damage the packaging.
Can I use the pic of the packaging for my website?

Of course you can Jenna. I've also got this one if you want to use it as well. imgur.com/k4geug5I've had a poke at the plastic near the BC but it is pulling the paper off. I'm now debating whether to slice it with a sharp knife to get it out but I can't make my mind up but I'm the same as you I really want to see it.

Well I had to do it. I could never have parted with it at any time in the future without knowing what was on the paperwork so I thought I may as well open it now but it is the normal 49 so still a mystery which packaging had the 48 in it. I've managed to get it back in so at least in my eyes it still looks unopened so I'm happy.
