Someone claimed a bunch of stuff on my Instagram and is saying she's paid for it. It's been a few days, and I still haven't gotten any notification on PayPal that she's paid. The buyer says it can take a couple days to receive payment from Germany. Is this a real thing? I have a feeling she's trying to pull one over on me, but I don't want to accuse her just yet. Does it really take longer to get money from other countries?

I don't think it should make any difference what country it comes from Paypal is normally instant. The only other way was if it was paying by e-check which did take some days but not sure if they do that anymore. Give it a few days then I would give up, too many try it on nowadays. Hope it does come through.

I've sold things to people in several countries and if its through PayPal it always comes through right away (or at least in 30 minutes).

I agree. I'm from Germany and bought a few things from america the last years and it never took a few days via paypal. Please be careful.

Maybe ask her what email she typed (can you ask for a screenshot to verify?)?
