In terms of the normal figures, more figures than cards are on eBay (I guess cards are more easily thrown away) so as Hildy and Buster are so rare, are their cards just really really rare?!

As far as everybody knows there has never been a Buster or Hildy card, the actual sets of 98 to 102 did not get issued either as the purple couch has never been seen either. There was a problem about a black Samoyed as they did not exist, but why Hildy never came out we just don't know, the rest from the set seem to of been issued separetly.
We may never know!

If they exist, they haven't been seen by us. The prototypes could have been made, and I do think that it's very possible the artwork was designed for them too. Maybe someday we'll know.I really wish a former MEG employee would give us some concrete answers.
I think it's possible that MEG was midway through production when they realized the set wouldn't work. Jo, Jacob, and Gillie were already completed, so they were given out through some other means, maybe the magazine. The Busters and Hildies that we've found are maybe prototypes or part of an initial test run? This is all just theory, so who knows!
