You've absolutely hit the IMP jackpot this month! Congrats! I have no reason to think that this ISN'T a prototype, but it's hard to know for sure. I think the style is close enough to say "probably". Thanks for sharing!

This is what happens when you're still on Furlough and you have waaaaay too much time on your hands to search for things on ebay. 😄

Aw, that's so cute; I like the color. ^w^ (Big congrats too on the Buster & Hildy...I ain't holding out much hope of ever lucking into those two, or even most of the other very rare ones I love. But that way if I ever do, it'll be an even gladder surprise.)

Then it's onto looking for those rare series 3 kitties... 😬

Me too, clover, but then I got them too. If you keep your wanted list up to date, I'm pretty good at remembering what people are looking for.

Thank ya both. (= I think my last most-wanted list update would still apply (at the top being things like Jo, pink Blanche, those elusive series-3 cats, etc. And I keep the checklists up to date. ^^

In response to your wishlist mentioned here, I thought Jo was too obscure, and even google brought up no results for images etc, let alone for sale. Then I saw a listing for a big lot of puppies and under a pile of others I spied an underbelly that looked familiar. The seller was willing to sell a few out of the lot, including Jo! I owned her as a child, and it was so nice to get one of my favourites back. Also, I had no idea there was a pink Blanche!

What luck!! That’s how I got a lot of blind-bag and brushable ponies and such—by asking for nice sellers to offer them separately. :3 I’d never known Blanche had a pink counterpart either...thank goodness for this site.

I have recently got two puppies exactly like the alleged red prototype puppy, the ones I have have the eyes coloured in but otherwise look identical, these came with Animal Hospital lots so not quite sure what they were issued with, but more than likely after MEG had stopped producing these puppies. Here is a link to my two puppies. imgur.com/a/UHzPTGy

I have one now too! I really don't know what to think about these. The sculpt is really similar to Puppy in my Pocket, except for the details on the paws. If this isn't a prototype, I wouldn't be surprised if whoever sculpted these also worked on IMP. I'll keep it as an honorary addition to my collection! http://instagram.com/p/CTE5Xa8nBqI

It’s interesting that there are so many varieties, yet none of them of a Meg stamp, or a stamp of any kind. Very cool!
