1996 Teddies
After searching for ages for a #17 with 1996 on its back, it seems they used #29 instead, so here is a link to a picture of the complete set of 1996 Teddies issued free with Teddy in My Pocket Special comics.

French Kelloggs cereal Teddies
In France they issued a set of 4 Teddies, # 23, 24, 29, 30, all but #29 had a Kelloggs logo embossed on their backs, see photo on this link.

Thanks Mike, I was wondering if you ever bought those Weetos Secret Heart Teddies.

Additionally, the smaller versions of Teddies #23 and #30 were part of a toy line called "Teddy's World" or "House Bears". I found this out through a toy seller on Instagram in Germany.

Yes I decided to get those and have made a note in my records about the smaller teddies being part of a different series, but can't find much information online about them as yet.

As that is Goldilocks and the three bears I think those don't seem to fit in with that set?
