it was issued in Animal Hospital set (not numbered or named) using Bafta mould, issued after Puppy in my Pocket had finished so not part of the series

Huh I'll keep an eye on this one sadly it's on auction so I can imagine it will go for alot seeing how not often it appears on eBay
