Amanda54, I love vintage and modern puppies in my pocket and kitties, too. I have recently got into collecting vintage ponies as well. I do have a few of the modern ponies but i think the oldies have more charm. I began collecting way back in the 90's when the puppies appeared on Kelloggs cereal boxes, and have carried on ever since! I only found the forum by chance and i'm so glad that i did. after years of being made fun of with my lovely collections that bring me so much joy and happiness, i'm glad to come across like minded people.

Welcome, Amanda, glad you found us! I'm sorry people have made fun of you! I think collecting is a great hobby-- there are certainly worse ways to spend your time/money!

I just wanted to say hello to everyone on the site once again and ask what you have all been up to? I think it has been 2 years or so since I was last on here! Crazy!! I hope you've all been well and you all had an excellent New Years

I was directed here after looking for some information on my old IMP toys (found images of all but one item - a variation of a plush puppy already on the site, which I can take photos of if people are interested). Puppy in my Pocket in particular I remember buying the blind bags of when I was younger, and somehow ending up with a hoard of Queenies (two of them had distinctly different shades of orange - looking at the site, I'm guessing one of them came with Weetos, since I loved that cereal back then).
Anyhow, hello everyone!

Thank you, Jenna ! And thanks for that link! Got another burst of nostalgia seeing Piddy's Heinz tins. I remember owning those cans, can't remember who I got in them though.

Hey! I noticed there's been some new members lately. Even though this place isn't as active as it used to be, there are still members here who check the forum daily. So if you want to say hi, feel free!

Hi, I'm new If any of you belong to the MLPArena, you might have seen me around on there (same username). I collect Kitty in my Pocket! I got my first Kitties as a child in the 90s, but sadly some of my collection got lost/given away over the years. I still have some though! And they keep acquiring more and more new friends....I even have some of the newer generation of fuzzy kitties. They're cute, but of course the originals are the best! I also collect various other toys, such as My Little Pony and Monster High. Other things I like include antiquarian books, etymology and languages, songs written by Jim Steinman, and cute cat-related things I live with my girlfriend Kitti (who also loves toys....we tell people "we've settled down and started a vintage toy collection together") and our two cats, Garfield and Flash.

Welcome! The MLP Arena was an influence on this forum, back when I was searching for anywhere to find used girls toys in hopes of finding IMP. I wish IMP had the following that MLP has!
